20 July, 2014 by Press Release

NBCUniversal, in association with Core3 Entertainment today announced the commission of Fashion Bloggers, the first locally produced series for The Style Network, on Fetch and Foxtel.

Fashion Bloggers follows the fast-paced lives of Australia’s top independent bloggers of fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Surrounded by a boundless playground of vogue styles and chic trends, we follow these always on-the-go trendsetters as they style, shoot and post customised editorials through their countless social media outlets.

However, being at the forefront of fashion and lifestyle is not all front rows and runway shows. Fashion Bloggers will take you behind the scenes and in to the girls’ personal lives, bringing to light the challenges of being in demand 24 hours a day.

Each with their own individual and unique personal brands, interests and styles, our Fashion Bloggers are:
Amanda Shadforth, Oracle Fox
Kate Waterhouse, KateWaterhouse.com
Margaret Zhang, Shine By Three
Sara Donaldson, Harper & Harley
Zanita Whittington, Zanita

Chris Taylor, VP of International Television across Australia and New Zealand for NBCUniversal said “We are delighted to be partnering with Core3 Entertainment to create our very own locally produced docu-series, for The Style Network.

This is a first for NBCUniversal Australia and is a great example of the continued evolution of our networks business in the region. Fashion Bloggers is a fantastic opportunity to showcase these talented young women to Australian audiences and to flag our commitment to local content.”

Executive Producers Philippa Whitfield Pomeranz and Rebecca Buttrose have combined together their television expertise to create this unique series.

Philippa Whitfield Pomeranz said: “This series shows exactly why Fashion Bloggers are the new tastemakers of fashion and lifestyle. They don’t just report on the trends, they help shape them.”

Fashion Bloggers will launch on The Style Network later in 2014
