Aussie kids’ show, Guess How Much I Love You, sold overseas

An upcoming SLR Productions preschool animated series has secured broadcast deals in Australia and overseas.

Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare has been picked up in Australia by pay-TV channel Playhouse Disney for the first broadcast rights and ABC TV for free-to-air and DVD rights.

Additionally the preschool series will be shown on French-Canadian channel TFO, Sweden’s SVT, Finland’s YLE and British Columbia's Knowledge.

“I am thrilled [the show] is being supported by these much-loved and trusted preschool channels,” SLR Productions executive producer Suzanne Ryan said in a statement.

“The series will resonate and connect with the audience who are bound to fall in love with the characters and their adventures”.

The show, a first-time adaptation of one of the world’s most popular and well-loved picture books written by Sam McBratney and illustrated by Anita Jeram, is a 52 x 11-minute animated preschool series which follows the adventures of the Nutbrown Hares and their friends.
