CinemaLive and Sensio to bring live 3D content to partner cinemas

CinemaLive today announced that it will distribute live 3D alternative content, provided by SENSIO Technologies Inc. in their premium-quality SENSIO® Hi‑Fi 3D format, to partner cinemas in Australia and New Zealand.

Cinema operators served by CinemaLive will be able to offer the public the thrill of sports and entertainment events as if they had front-row seats.

Past live 3D events powered by SENSIO include the NBA 2011, distributed to cinemas on two continents, the 2010 FIFA World Cup, screened in 33 countries around the world, the RBS Six Nations rugby final 2011, a concert by French singer Julien Clerc, and the Opera de Rennes’s Don Giovanni.
