This trailer for the seventh season of the new incarnation of Doctor Who first premiered at the official Doctor Who convention in Cardiff over the weekend. At the convention, it was revealed that the Doctor's (Matt Smith) current companions, Amy Pond (Karen Gillan) and Rory Williams (Arthur Darvill) will depart from the series in the fifth episode of the season, after a final encounter with the Weeping Angels.
The Doctor's new companion will be played by actress Jenna Louise Coleman
