Dubsat opens Perth office, appoints Sue Johnson

Global cross-media asset management and content distribution company, Dubsat today announced the opening of their new Perth office with the appointment of Sue Johnson as Senior Account Manager for Western Australia (WA).

Having previously worked with Red Bee Media for 14 years, Johnson was an instrumental part of the first team to produce captions in WA. Johnson became WA State Manager in 2005, working with agencies and broadcasters and was also charged with developing and managing national client services for new technology, including Live Remote Captioning – a first in the country offering access to deaf and hearing-impaired university students.

Dubsat Global CEO, Grant Schuetrumpf said, “With the switch of major Perth agencies such as Marketforce to Dubsat and Adsend’s latest validation, delivery and workflow management services, we are delighted to have Sue on the ground in Perth to service a rapidly growing WA client base. Her solid relationships within the Perth advertising community are testament to her outstanding client service and management skills.”

Johnson has also been Account Manager at media monitoring company Monitoring Perth Media (now Media Monitors Australia) for 4 years looking after media needs of major corporate, mining and government clients.

Johnson said “The opening of a Perth office is the springboard for the company’s future growth plans which include growing Dubsat and Adsend in the local market as well as The Substation’s world-class captioning and DVD subtitling services.
