Jessica Rowe Joins Studio 10

Network Ten today announced the fourth host of its new morning show Studio 10: journalist and author Jessica Rowe.

Jessica joins the previously announced hosts of Studio 10: legendary media editor, businesswoman, best-selling author and 2013 Australian of the Year, Ita Buttrose AO OBE; newspaper columnist and television presenter, Joe Hildebrand; and television host, reporter and newsreader, Sarah Harris.

One of Australia’s best known television presenters, Jessica began her media career almost 20 years ago.

Her roles have included co-host of Network Ten’s First at Five News for a decade. She has co-hosted the Today Show and most recently was the news presenter for Weekend Sunrise.

Jessica is also a long-time advocate for mental health issues.

Studio 10 Executive Producer Rob McKnight said: “As soon as viewers see Jess interact with Ita, Joe and Sarah, they’ll see why we chose her to be part of the team.

“Jess brings a strong journalistic background to the role. She will not be afraid to take on the rest of the panel and stand up for what she believes in.

“We’ve searched far and wide for our fourth panellist. Jessica Rowe was an absolute standout and I’m thrilled she is joining the Studio 10 family,” Rob said.

Jessica said: “I love a chat, and as someone who has always worn my heart and opinions on my sleeve, it’s an honour and thrill to be part of the fantastic Studio 10 team.

“What a privilege to work with the iconic Ita Buttrose, the oddly charming Joe Hildebrand and the naughty but nice newshound Sarah Harris.

“TEN has always held a very special place in my heart, and it’s exciting to be given this wonderful opportunity,” she said.

Studio 10 will debut later this year as part of Network Ten's new morning line-up, which also includes the breakfast program Wake Up.

The new morning show will be broadcast live every weekday from Network Ten’s Sydney studios at Pyrmont, and will feature a unique in-the-round set and a live studio audience.
