Lake Mungo is the story of the twelve months of unexplained paranormal activity following the accidental drowning death of teenager Alice Palmer.
Written and directed by Joel Anderson, the film Lake Mungo is a mystery, a thriller and a ghost story weaved into a documentary style narrative that illustrates how the dead can forever haunt the living.
Lake Mungo will premiere at the 2009 Dungog Film Festival ahead of a national cinema release on June 5.
