Screen Queensland has launched SQ On Air, a new initiative for regional Queensland screen practitioners
The initiative aims to engage practitioners throughout regional Queensland via monthly video-audio calling sessions (for instance, Google Hangout) with SQ development and production staff.
The purpose of SQ On Air is to give screen industry professionals in regional and remote areas of Queensland the opportunity to discuss their projects with SQ staff, who would otherwise miss out on face-to-face contact due to geographical limitations.
Screen Queensland is inviting all screen industry professionals based in regional or remote areas of the state to fill out a brief form about their project, detailing they'll gain from the meetings (which will be held monthly).
