The Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) focuses on antagonist Martin, who becomes sexually obsessed with a DVD recording of the first film in the series.
Due to the explit and graphic nature, the sequel will not be distributed in the UK but has obtained an R18+ rating in Australia.
