Post-production house Cutting Edge has appointed Trelise Blade as executive producer, working out of the company's Brisbane studio.
Blade's promotion follows two-and-a-half years as a senior producer at Cutting Edge.
General manager Kylee Ratz Burton said she was thrilled to see Blade step up.
“I’m really excited to offer our Brisbane clients another senior point of contact in Trelise, and am confident for her to take on this position providing valuable support to our clients and talented team.”
Blade’s new role is one of several investments Cutting Edge has made in its Brisbano studio recently, having just launched a dedicated VFX and design space.
"I’m excited for 2017 and the new opportunities that will come with the executive producer appointment,” said Blade.
“I’ve really enjoyed my time with Cutting Edge and I love Brisbane’s creative community. There is amazing work coming out of this town so my aim is to ensure we continue to provide the very best talent to execute each of our projects.”
