We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed sales manager to join our team. Based out of Sydney, you’ll work across a portfolio that includes Inside Film Magazine, if.com.au, IF Production Book, and productionbook.com.au.

As a group, IF is going through a period of exciting change, and we need a dynamic sales professional who can help us take the brand to the next level.

This role will see you tasked with looking after a diverse range of clients in the Australian screen industry. You’ll be required to hit the ground running and be comfortable working autonomously. Your strengths should be in fostering and maintaining relationships with key advertisers and sponsors. Preferably you will have pre-existing relationships with representatives in the screen technology sector.

You will be passionate about content creation and have a keen interest in Australian film, television broadcast and multimedia. The role requires an individual capable of meeting tight deadlines and converting leads into partnerships. This is a position for an abstract-thinking sales professional who understands the ever-evolving media landscape and is experienced in selling across platforms. Suffice to say, you will be well-versed in creating integrated campaigns for our partners using IF channels, brands and audiences to reach and engage media professionals.

You’ll be required to have a minimum of 3-5 years account management or business development experience in print or digital media. A film/TV buff is desirable, but it’s not essential. Previous experience in similar industries will be highly regarded. Some travel will be required, along with attending industry functions after hours.
