Ryan Bingham is a downsizing consultant who has spent his entire life in airport hotels, collecting air miles and browsing the departure lounge retail options as he waits for his next flight across America. It is a life that has left him detached from the rest of the world, at least detached from the relationships which normal people have but it is a life of his choosing and a life he enjoys living.
Then, in a single week two women enter Ryan’s life. In the first, fellow corporate traveler Alex Goran, Ryan meets a soul mate, someone with whom Ryan can envisage sharing his life on the road and in the second, Natalie Keener, Ryan meets the girl who is going to change his business and take him off the road forever.
