Ester Harding joins Screen Australia

Ester Harding. 

Producer Ester Harding has joined Screen Australia as a development executive after three years with See Pictures.

She served as production executive on Simon Baker’s Breath, co-produced Stephan Elliott’s Swinging Safari and produced Emma Magenta’s Remembering Agatha at See Pictures.

In 2015 she graduated as a Masters of Screen Arts and Business at AFTRS and has since completed the Script Development for Producers, Girls On Film: Write Women Who Rock! and Introduction to Screenwriting professional development short courses at AFTRS.

Earlier in her career she worked for Freehand Productions on the documentary series Bush Slam for the ABC and the social media documentary Goa Hippy Tribe (Facebook /SBS) and she was the all-media producer on online interactive documentary After Six Four (SBS).

For Firelight Productions/6ixty Foot Films she was the all-media producer for Storm Surfers 3D, winning the Interactive Producer of the Year at the SPA Awards.

At Media Stockade she line-produced The Surgery Ship (SBS), co-produced Rebecca Barry’s feature documentary I Am A Girl  and served as associate producer on Call Me Dad (ABC).

Louise Gough departed as Screen Australia development executive earlier this year and joined Robert Connolly’s Arenamedia as director of development.
