One of Australia’s largest post-production companies, FSM, has been awarded a Bronze Clio for outstanding animation in this year’s international Clio Awards.

The award was for the 60-second TVC for Sydney Children’s Hospital “Happily Ever After” and is a dramatic story tale of Mary the Braveheart.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the Sydney Children’s Hospital and its tireless work in holistic care and the well being of seriously ill children.

This visually stunning storybook-style TVC was developed as a result of the collaborative efforts between FSM and Tui Studios and was a unique melding of 2D, design and 3D.

Narrated by Miranda Otto, the fairy tale follows the story of Mary as she tries to fight the heartless Bacteria Ogres.

FSM Managing Director, Rick Schweikert commented: “We’re thrilled to win this global award.

“It’s fantastic that we are able to help raise awareness for the Sydney Children’s Hospital and portray its remarkable work through the creative use of amazing animation.”
