Beyond Distribution is pleased to announce that Caitlin Meek-O’Connor has been appointed the Head of Acquisitions, effective January 26.
Caitlin will report directly to Michael Murphy, General Manager of Beyond Distribution, and will be based at the company’s London office. She joins from DRG where she was the Acquisitions Manager for Factual and Factual Entertainment.
Caitlin will be attending Realscreen with Michael Murphy and the retiring Head of Acquisitions Yvonne Body. Caitlin succeeds Yvonne, who recently announced her retirement after 12 years with Beyond.
Michael Murphy commented, “We are delighted Caitlin is joining us, bringing her experience in program acquisitions and a solid background in sales. She will be a strong addition to the Beyond team and I am sure producers will enjoy working with her.”
Previous to DRG, Caitlin was the Head of Sales & Acquisitions with Mercury Media and before that worked within BBC’s Commercial Agency.
