Australia’s SLR Productions has bagged three Gold Pixie Awards for their work in motion graphics, visual effects and animation.

SLR Productions pre-school series Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare was awarded a Pixie Award for its second season episode ‘Feast Day’.

This episode follows Little Nutbrown Hare and his friends as they try to find an extra special place and extra special food for Feast Day celebrations.

When things go awry and nothing seems special at all, they discover that the most important thing is to be able to celebrate with those you love.

‘Festival of the Ancestors’ from The Skinner Boys: Guardians of the Lost Secrets provided SLR Productions with their second gold Pixie Award.

The episode from the first season of the series also won a 2015 Australian Writers' Guild Award award earlier this year.

A second season was recently announced with returning partners Nine Network, SUPER RTL, Telegael and international distributor, ZDF Enterprises.

SLR Productions also received a Gold Pixie Award for ‘Smuggler’s Bay’ from Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs, an animated fantastical action-adventure comedy created with local broadcast partner Nine Network along with international partners, ZDF Enterprises, Telegael and Top Draw Animation.
